Foba BALPE Quick-Release Plate with 3/8"-16 Screw, Dual Cable Catchers. The Foba BALPE Quick-Release Plate features a 3/8"-16 stud for cameras with a corresponding thread, such as some medium format  models, as well as some older German/Soviet cameras. The plate features Arca-Swiss-style grooves for a fast, steadfast connection to a clamping ballhead such as Foba's M-1, M-2 and Mini Superball ballheads with quick-release mounts.
