Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout based on current rates of chosen provider.

Calculate Your Delivery Charges Online! Just proceed to checkout to see the delivery charges for the items currently in your shopping cart. Our site calculates actual delivery fees based on destination, so you need to plug-in your zip code for us to generate the freight amount.

We cannot ship to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside of the USA. We Do not ship to customers who's billing and shipping address do not match. We do not ship to any third party courier services intending to reship your order. Should shipping or billing questions arise and we are unable to contact you with the information provided we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

RETURNS

At Foto-Care, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Foto-Care within 15 days of receipt of item(s). You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Cash purchases made in store will be refunded in the form of a check.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Foto-Care reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

Guidelines:

• All returned or exchanged items must be in new - mint condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
• Foto-Care is not responsible for personal items left in or with returned merchandise.
• Foto-Care is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange On:
• Film or bulbs
• Paper, Ink, CD/DVDs, batteries, memory cards or any blister packed item once opened.
• Computers, Monitors, Software and Hardware once unwrapped
• Any computers built or modified by Foto-care to customer's specifications
• Special Order merchandise
• Underwater equipment that has been submerged
• Educational tapes and books once unwrapped

• Foto-Care gift certificates/gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed/returned for cash.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand your plans may change. With that in mind, Foto Care has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online, in person or via phone just give us 24 hours notice prior to the event time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 1-3 business days. 

Unfortunately, Foto Care cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to scheduled event time or in the event of a no-show.
